Our Hikari Matcha gives a smooth, rich base that pairs beautifully with caramel and a touch of cinnamon. Ingredients: • 2–4g Hikari Matcha • 60ml hot water (around 80°C) • 200ml coconut milk (or milk of choice), frothed • 1–2 tsp salted caramel syrup (adjust to taste) • A pinch of ground cinnamon • Ice Method: 1. Whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. 2. Add salted caramel syrup and cinnamon to a glass. 3. Fill with ice and pour in the frothed milk. 4. Top with the whisked matcha.
