gochujang saucy beans ✨ saving weeknights everywhere the recipe: 1 onion, diced 4ish garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 dollop gochujang paste Salt and pepper 1 can coconut milk 1/3 c chicken broth 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar 1-2 cans of white beans (or protein of choice - tofu would be so good!) handful of spinach half a lime sauté onion and garlic for 5-7min, or until onions are translucent. add tomato paste and gochujang paste and stir to combine. salt and pepper. add remaining ingredients except spinach and simmer until coconut milk thickens and flavors combine. add spinach and squeeze in half a lime. serve with rice or dip some yummy bread! #easyrecipe #homecooking #Dinnerideas #mealideas #weeknightdinner #onepotmeals #gochujang #comfortfood #deliciousrecipes #easydinner
