One of the easiest things you can do for healthier hair is change up your part. I did and I noticed significantly less gray hair and scalp show when I parted my hair off-center instead of the usual middle part. Wearing your hair in the same style day in and day out exposes the hair and scalp to UV rays, pollution and environmental stress.
