1. Acupuncture: I’ve been going to Del Mar Health Clinic 3x a week and I swear my stomach feels so warm after every session. I’ve heard so many success stories from this clinic, so if you’re in LA I definitely recommend it! 2. Exercise: I try to move at least 3x a week. I’m obsessed with my @onepeloton because it’s such a convenient 30-min workout that makes you SWEATTT and feel so good after. 3. Red Light Therapy: I’ve been curious about this for a while so I’m testing out the @celluma_led_therapy Pro Plus panel. So far, I love it because it forces me to take a break from everything and relax. Will have to keep using this long term! 4. Chinese Herbal Medicine: Along with acupuncture, I’ve been drinking these herbal concoctions from Del Mar Health Clinic after every meal. It’s a long family-secret recipe and I actually like drinking it because it feels like it’s healing my body. Other small changes I’ve made so far:
-No perfume (omg I miss my perfume so much)
-No cold drinks (room temp water for life baby) 
-No caffeine (trying to even limit matcha, so hard) Am I missing anything else!?

The hardest part of the IVF journey for me is definitely WAITING especially when my natural, go-to response is panic and spiraling🤪🤪🤪 I go from feeling super excited to feeling absolutely hopeless and defeated because maybe I’m just gaslighting myself into thinking I’m pregnant 😮‍💨 it’s a looong rollercoaster ride yall but we’re almost there!
