🌯 GIANT BURRITO: You can now get Chicano burritos from Lito’s Burritos on Lake Street. Their grand opening is today, Nov. 14, with a limited menu. The burrito shop started as a pop-up tucked away inside El Tejaban Mexican Grill in Richfield and has expanded into Uptown Minneapolis. Owner Miguel Hernandez transformed the Union Hmong Kitchen space, and it’s noticeably brighter with more relaxed seating options. The L.A. Supreme was producer Tiffany’s favorite, but the consomé really adds another layer of flavor to the Birria Supreme.
