This chicken came out amazing while this isn’t fully 100% crockpot meal the crockpot did about 75% of the cooking portion of this meal so as I put in the actual video, this is chicken quarters that I cooked pan seared on a skillet with some vegetable oil and Mrs. Dash along with some Italian herb seasoning once that came to a slight sear, the chicken was still uncooked. I placed it into the crockpot with 2 cups of chicken broth and a pat of butter probably 1 tablespoon of butter. I used a bouillon paste to make the chicken broth after I let the simmer for about seven hours overnight. I woke up to the most delightful smell of this chicken. I went ahead and made mashed potatoes and glazed, hot honey carrots letting them come to a boil in some water just covering the carrots letting them become tender. Then I went in with the hot honey, chili flakes, brown sugar, and butter. Yum! ##homecooked##homemade##crockpotmeals##crockpot
