Cook the pasta Boil a large pot of salted water and cook your pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside. 2. Season the chicken Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Sear the chicken Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 4. Make the sauce In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens (about 5 minutes). 5. Combine everything Slice the chicken and add it back into the sauce. Stir in cooked pasta, tossing to coat. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for a silkier sauce. 6. Garnish and serve Top with extra Parmesan and fresh basil or parsley. Serve warm — and watch everyone fall in love at first bite. ❤️
