I gained 30 pounds within a year of being on bc. I got off this year and I’m hoping my body will adjust back to normal. Gaining weight made me feel so insecure about myself. I didn’t want to go out anymore. I didn’t want to take pictures or make tiktok. I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable being in front of a camera. 😭
