EASY PEASY RECIPE 🍆🥬 Learned this recipe from @eatmother and I’ve been making it for years now! RECIPE: -Wash and cut eggplant and bok choy -Coat eggplant in frying flour before frying over pan -While frying eggplant, start heating up another deep pan for the sauce SAUCE -Heat up minced garlic and green onions -Add ground meat -Add 1:2 ratio of soy sauce and oyster sauce -After you cook those up a bit, add water so that everything is submerged -When water comes to a boil, add the bok choy (add a lot of bok choy because it will eventually shrivel up -While that is boiling, prepare 1:1 water and starch (can be potato or corn) -Pour slurry over bok choy and mix -Drizzle sesame oil on top of everything #food #recipe #korean #fyp
