What are some of your favorite matcha’s? I tend to prefer matcha that is nutty creamy bold I even enjoy a slightly bitter profile it’s really nice at layering the experience. When that astringency is paired with a good nutty creamy flavor profile that I enjoying the latte. I don’t really lean towards the more astringent offerings. I don’t mind a slight astringency is fine where you can feel the linger on the tongue pallet of the profile of the matcha, but I do prefer a light touch if possible when seeking out return purchases.
