Remember when Shikabu no Mukashi was all over the matchatok fyp. Then it was Rocky’s OG ceremonial, Horii Agata, now it seems to be Hoshino- Yame no Hatsu. I decided to circle back to this favorite of the internet. For good reason, this matcha is creamy slightly nutty definitely umami with its layered flavor profile a slight astringency of a lingering on the tongue. I don’t notice any noticeable bitterness.
