I love when my matcha is creamy and fluffy from using the frother on the cold setting. This is my same ratio of 3 grams of matcha and 30 grams of water 1/2 cup oat milk. The ratio appears to have more since the volume of the milk appears increased after being frothed. I tried the paste method for what’s claimed to be a more frothed matcha. I’m not sure how true that is. What I would say is if doing this method measure out the room temperature water to be accurately measure how much is dispensed in the Chawan. I added a bit too much water it should have been 10 grams room temperature water to the 3grams matcha to create the paste and then an additional 20 grams hot water at 176 degrees whisked until no clumps and a froth appears. #matchalatte #matchatok #popmart #labubu #matcha
