The first video is of a chicken breast that I split not fully open just a pocket and I added cream cheese, jalapeño and cheddar cheese. The second thing on the plate is colcannon potatoes that have kale, shallot, cream and butter topped with bacon used to cook the leek and kale.The third is sweet cream corn. The second clip is of a traditional beef braised short rib. Slow cooked in a red wine sauce with carrots, onion and celery. Simmered and strained. Served over mashed potatoes. The next picture is a dense bean salad. It’s a steak two types of beans, roasted red peppers, lemon, olive oil, parsley and cilantro. Lastly potatoes and steak in a butter garlic sauce with a side of hot honey garlic glazed carrots. #dinner #homemade
