comfort in a cauldron 🤪🥣 this tomato & spinach gnocchi soup is so tasty! 1lb ground hot Italian sausage 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 1-2tbsp minced garlic 32oz chicken broth 1 large can crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper to taste Half bag of spinach 16oz gnocchi In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil on medium high. Add chopped onions and cook for a few minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and sautee for 1 minute. Add sausage and cook fully. Add chicken broth and crushed tomatoes. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, bring to a boil then let simmer, stirring occasionally. Add heavy cream and stir. Add gnocchi and let cook to package instructions.
