🎄 Let's make this delicious Mexican Christmas Salad ❤️ Ingredients: •1 strawberry jello packet 4.2 oz •1 lemon jello packet 4.2 oz •1 bar of cream cheese 8 oz •1 can of evaporated milk 12 oz •1 can of condensed milk 14 oz •1 half can of media crema 7.6 oz • Sour cream 7 oz • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract •2 lbs strawberries •2 pounds of green grapes •2 red apples •2 green apples • Chopped almonds to taste • Shredded coconut to taste 1. Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 3 cups of hot water. Dissolve the lemon jelly in another 3 cups of water. Let cool and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours (or overnight). Once the gelatin has set, cut them into cubes and set aside. 2. For the cream mixture, to a blender add the cream cheese (at room temperature), the evaporated milk, condensed milk, media cream , sour cream and vanilla. Blend until there are no lumps and set aside. 3. Cut the strawberries, grapes, and apples into small pieces. Add them to a bowl along with the jello. Now add the cream mixture and mix everything very well. Finally add the chopped almonds(nuts of choice) and shredded coconut to taste.
