It’s been a while since I’ve made anything besides hot or iced classic matcha lattes. Return of banana bread syrup. One of my most frequent repeats 💛 Banana bread syrup recipe: 2 ripe bananas 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional but I prefer it) 1 cup water 1-2 tsp vanilla extract Combine everything into pot and simmer for 10mins to thicken. Let cool and blend. Add vanilla last so it doesn't burn off during cooking.
