Peanut Butter & Jelly Rice Cripsy Treats Ingredients: Peanut Butter Mixture:
3 tablespoons salted butter 3 cups mini marshmallows  ½ cup smooth peanut butter ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk 4 cups crispy rice cereal Jelly Mixture:
2 tablespoons salted butter 2 cups mini marshmallows ⅓ cup raspberry jelly 2 tablespoons  sweetened condensed milk 2 cups crispy rice cereal Flakey sea salt, for garnish Instructions: Lightly grease and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside. For the peanut butter mixture, melt the butter in a medium sized pot over medium heat, add the marshmallows, and stir until melted. Lower the heat and mix in the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then remove the pot from the heat and fold in the crispy rice cereal. For the jelly mixture, melt the butter in another medium sized pot over medium heat, add the marshmallows, and stir until melted. Mix in the jelly andsweetened condensed milk  until fully combined, then fold in the crispy rice cereal. Press half of the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, reserving the rest. Press all of this jelly mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer in the pan. Press the remaining peanut butter mixture over the jelly layer. Let it cool for 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature then cut into squares and serve. #recipe #cooking #ricekrispytreats
