I grew up eating Mazapan and now we love to enjoy it in this jello 😋 Ingredients: •8 Mazapanes ( De La Rosa brand) •2 cans of evaporated milk (12 oz each) •1/2 can of condensed milk (7 oz) •1 half media crema (7.6 oz) •1 cup cold water • 4 packets of unflavored gelatin (.25 oz each) 1. In a cup of cold water add 4 packets of unflavored gelatin. Mix very well and set aside. 2. To a blender add 8 Mazapanes, 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1/2 can of condensed milk and 1 can of media crema. Blend for 30 seconds. 3. Place the unflavored gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds, once it has melted add it to the blender and blend for 15 seconds. 4. Take the mold and spray non-stick spray. Spread with a napkin and add the mixture we blended in to the mold using a strainer. 5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. *You can add the whole can of condensed milk if you like sweet desserts. Ingredientes: •8 mazapanes •2 latas de leche evaporada (12 oz cada una) •1/2 lata leche condensada (7 oz) •1 lata media crema (7.6 oz) •1 taza agua fria • 4 sobres de grenetina ( .25 oz cada uno) 1. En una taza de agua fria agrega 4 sobrecitos de grenetina. Mezcla muy bien y reserva. 2. A una licuadora agrega 8 mazapanes, 2 latas leche evaporada, 1/2 lata leche condensada y 1 lata media crema. Licua por 30 segundos. 3. Coloca la grenetina en el microondas por 30 segundos, ya que se haya derretido agregasela a la licuadora y licua por 15 segundos. 4. Toma el molde y rosea spray antiadherente. Esparse con una servilleta y agrega la mezcla de la licuadora usa do un colador. 5. Refrigera por 4 horas o toda la noche. *puedes agregar toda la lata de leche condensada si te gustan los postres dulces. A mi me gustan dulces pero que no empalaguen por eso yo le pongo solo la 1/2 lata de leche condensada para que no este super dulce el postre 😋 #gelatinademazapan #mazapandessert #postredemazapan #mexicandesserts #mexicanrecipes
