Let's make this easy and delicious Mazapan Jello ❤️ Mazapan is a marzipan style peanut candy that is super popular in Mexico. I grew up eating Mazapan and now we love to enjoy it in this jello 😋 Ingredients: •8 Mazapanes ( De La Rosa brand) •2 cans of evaporated milk (12 oz each) •1/2 can of condensed milk (7 oz) •1 half media crema (7.6 oz) •1 cup cold water • 4 packets of unflavored gelatin (.25 oz each) 1. In a cup of cold water add 4 packets of unflavored gelatin. Mix very well and set aside. 2. To a blender add 8 Mazapanes, 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1/2 can of condensed milk and 1 can of media crema. Blend for 30 seconds. 3. Place the unflavored gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds, once it has melted add it to the blender and blend for 15 seconds. 4. Take the mold and spray non-stick spray. Spread with a napkin and add the mixture we blended in to the mold using a strainer. 5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. *You can add the whole can of condensed milk if you like sweet desserts.
