My first time trying an organic matcha! FKRO Single Cultivar Okumidori: 💚 It’s smooth, medium bodied, umami and slightly vegetal. 💚 For me, there was a slight bitterness and astringency as usucha that blends well when in a latte. 💚 Given the price ($26.90 for 30g = $0.90/g) and accessibility on Amazon this would be a good option for daily lattes that’s not hard to find.
