What better time to try matcha from China! @ChaYeah Tea sent me their Emerald Select organic matcha 🍵 (thank you!) Initial thoughts: 💚 The powder is so finely milled - super easy to sift. Frothed up well. 💚 As a latte it’s vegetal and umami with a slight bitterness. There was a bit of astringency which a touch of sweetener blended well in it. 💚 It’s available on Amazon for $22.99/30g (<$1/g) so a plus for accessiblility.
